How I can help you:
Your consultation will consist of between 60 to 90 minutes of an in-depth consultation process, with all information discussed being confidential. Questions pertaining to personal medical history, systems in the body, a detailed food intake, your lifestyle, emotional well-being, support network, stressors and exercise regime, will be asked to build up an overall picture of your health status.
As nutritional therapy sees everyone as a unique entity, clients will be given a personalised nutrition plan, consisting of recommended foods and supplements if deemed necessary. Suitable recipes can be recommended with detailed and easy to follow instructions, with specialised diets being catered for including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and sugar – free recipes.
Follow up appointments lasting between 40 – 60 minutes, will be carried out 6 – 8 weeks after the initial consultation to find out how the client is progressing, if there have been any improvements, any difficulties encountered and a discussion on the plan going forward. Support services via email and telephone is also available if needed.
